Health iPass is a terrible customer portal with an awful user experience. I needed to reset my password. The emails it sends temporarily route to a password reset page before it inexplicably then takes you to the main portal page, without actually letting you change your password. I tried in incognito mode and with different browsers, without success. I also copied the URL during a fleeting moment to try to get around the redirect, and it still skips actually letting me reset my password, every time.

It was so easy to check-in, update my insurance information, and pay right from my phone! It was so nice to know exactly what I am paying for and how much it will be. No surprises at all!

my health care provider uses this billing system. It's horrible. no communication between provider (medical staff) patient and billing. flawed

This is the worst financial set up at any medical office I’ve ever seen. No matter what you tell them they take payments out without you knowing. I asked them not to keep my card on file every time, they say no it’s not saved.... then fraud alert going off at 3am shutting down my card. My bank advised me to never use my debit card again there because they don’t get it. It’s happened more than once. I tried to use a pre paid card to avoid this but it kept getting declined. I called and it was activated when their system kept denying it. I went to the grocery store 30 minutes later and the pre paid card went through. It was not the pre paid visa, I think the system is set so you can’t use them. I will be checking my credit card to see if they pulled the reoccurring charge trick tomorrow. If so I’m having my number changed immediately. I can’t believe how awful this system is and the lack of respect to customers and their financial requests.
