This company is by Far the Worst Ever. The Government should shut them down! I been dealing with them for 3yrs and they are very pathetic. customers service, billing, home health tanks, are run by inconsistent staff members. Customer staff cant relate on any level. Only great customer service is the delivery service.

Rude and unhelpful. Talking to them is like talking to some bad underground syndicate . Never using them again!

For a health system as large as Advocate, they do not have anyone to answer their phones. Do not use them if you can help it. You wait on muzak for extended periods only for the calls to get answered and put back into the queue. It takes forever to get through to someone to order supplies. "And as part of Advocate Health Care, we have the resources of one of Chicago's largest health care organizations behind us." I think they need to rethink this from their website.

Never would I choose this company can't order online and can never get rep to answer the phone. Have same lame recording that upgrading system must be one hell of an upgrade. Time to change supplier.
