My husband had the worst experience today at Ace on West University in Odessa Tx. He took his Stihl concrete saw to get fixed but Clark who was the person he talked to. At Ace Who was no help at all. He was telling my husband that it was a minor fix and that he would show him what to do. My husband told him no I want to leave it here so it can be fixed . The man continues to say its a minor fix (could have been one ) my husband insisted in leaving it to get it checked/fixed but my husband still didnt get what he wanted. My husband proceeds to take the saw back into his hands and as he and his friend walk away he noticed Clark and another person laughing at them. Which is not cool!

Walked in to the ace hardware store as a customer to do shopping and to use the restroom they are discriminating people even with medical issues the ace hardware at 3111east Indian school road on 3/1/2024 at 4:30pm. This location needs to close down or have better management for people who have medical issues and refusing to use the restrooms lets see how you guys can win this case in court.
