We've gone through a lot of Managed Services Providers in the Bay Area, but once we found USWired, it's been happy sailing since. They truly set the bar for service with their customers. Our industry is highly regulated and cybersecurity is a critical area of concern. We feel our IT environment is safely protected under USWired's oversight and highly recommend recommend them.

This is our fourth Managed Services Provider. The others have been huge disappointments in terms of service quality, responsiveness, and knowledge. We learned that there are a lot of MSPs that have nice websites and claim many things that they just can't deliver, but USWired walks the talk. They have exceeded our expectations and are a pleasure to work with.

USWired is the only managed services provider I would consider for our business. We require strict adherence to security standards, given our high profile intellectual property, and USWired has exceeded our expectations. Not only do that have a wide breath and depth of knowledge, they are very service-oriented and will adapt their service to accommodate you, not the other way around. That's not so common these days.
