He is honest and will steer you away from a deal he believes is a bad one. Always taking care of others instead of putting himself first. From the beginning, once I met Vince from sqft, he was very polite, professional, and helpful. He answered any questions I had prior to beginning the process of leasing a space for my business and he made sure I was aware of every step through the process as well. This company is an amazing company if you are looking for a lease for your business. They gave me tons of options of different locations and guided me in the right direction to pick the one best for me.
