Gap

I love this store! Ive worked at Gap years ago in college and have always enjoyed the culture. Until today, Ive never had a bad experience. I had ordered a bunch of items online (my baby is in the middle of a growth spurt and in between sizes) and had to return quite a few items. Anna (from the baby section) was incredibly rude and dismissive when I told her I had to make exchanges for 3 different order. I felt embarrassed and went downstairs to do my returns because her and the other team member upstairs stared at me like I was asking them to do copious amounts of work. This is my neighborhood Gap but I will not longer be shopping there for baby clothes so that I dont have to be treated that way again.

This Gap re-laid out their store again, which made it seem like there were less men's clothes available, and had the women's sections very spread out. Adult athletic wear was on a whole other floor. The dressing room was chaotic, however despite that - the attendants were very helpful with retrieving other sizes. I will say Gap had exactly what I was out shopping for today.
