Was doing a lone wolf for dinner, so wanted some BBQ. Had the brisket hoagie with a side of baked beans. It was excellent.

Good food but very unique presentation by placing the food directly on a cafeteria tray. Unfortunately my food was cold within minutes. But flavors were pretty good. Prices were high but that's the case every where now days.

I was in town for work and staying in the hotel right by this place. Decided to try it out with some of the people I was in town with and we all enjoyed it. Very good fast food BBQ and great service in a comfortable, clean atmosphere.

After a great meal at the Wentzville location the night before, I decided to try this location on my way out of town. The ribs here were not nearly as tender, and had too much smoke flavor. The collards had an odd seasoning on them which I didnt enjoy. I did try a milkshake, which was good - but not $6 good. Overall the employees were not particularly nice or in good moods. One almost ran me over and ignored me. There did not seem to be a good culture or employee engagement. I tip well in general (for good service), but a counter service restaurant defaulting their POS to 18%, 20% and 25% is absurd.
