Every renewal my rate goes up without explanation. Drivewise logs me in as driving when I'm parked, sitting in my work vehicle. So I had to disable it to keep the company from thinking I'm a horrible persons, logging over 80 hours every 2 weeks driving while on the phone. No breaks for me. Home insurance increased also. Frustrating.

I was encouraged to try mile wise since I work from home and it is a rip off. Wouldn't recommend this option to any one! This option should truly be recommended for people who never really drive much at all. Also I was never really offer instructions to how it truly works. Just given a gadget to track miles installed in my car, and a app to look at and figure out for myself. Hard to even get an agent to return your call. I was promised a call back and is still waiting a call back to switch from Mile wise to a regular auto policy. Very unhappy customer! I'm so sure I will not be renewing my policy with Allstate insurance!
