        We wanted to replace a very large Pella living room window that was in good shape after 50 years and we got bids, but because we have Pella windows throughout our house we really preferred Pella. The rep was very responsive to our needs, asked very directed questions, and he eventually got to a price point we both could live with. We had sticker shock at first with other companies, but Wyatt understood and made it work. He is very professional and was a pleasure to deal with! Service: Double pane window installation & replacement

        I had the opportunity to work with Wyatt Begay at Pella about replacing several windows on our existing home. Wyatt was phenomenal throughout the process and I very much appreciated all his hard work, education, and most importantly patience while working with me throughout this process. Wyatt was fabulous to work with and was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. We did not end up going with Pella as we decided to pay a bit more to match some other existing windows with a competitor brand, but Wyatt made it a very difficult decision because of his customer service and deep knowledge of the product. I would highly recommend anyone to work with Wyatt in the future.

        We needed to have several windows in our home replaced due to hail damage. The original manufacturer of our damaged windows is no longer in business, so we chose Pella windows due to their reputation for quality, and because the windows we installed in a home addition we had built several years ago are from Pella. Naturally, there were "supply chain" issues and we ended up not getting all of our order, but the windows that did come were installed efficiently and professionally by a great crew from Grandy Pines construction. mid-January in Minnesota is not an ideal time to open your home to the elements, but the crew got the job done quickly, and took great care to avoid tracking snow etc. inside our home, and were meticulous about cleaning up after themselves. So far (windows have only been in for 3 days) we are happy with the appearance and function of our new windows. Service: General window replacement
