        My Pella door is about 9 years old and needed replacement of the latch. It was still under warranty so there was no charge for replacement parts, although they did charge for the service call. The technician also noticed that the weather stripping was worn and replaced that as well. Very courteous and thorough.

        Great service from Jason Giddings helped us identify the best Pella option for the window location we showed him. Pella Impervia windows are worth the price because of the quality and durability. Previous installation was professionally done without any problems.

        Jason was polite and competent. He fixed the problem and showed me how to work with the windows. He helped me with a problem with another window! While I wish that Pella's warranty covered more than 2 years, I only paid for the service call and not the part. All in all, I'm happy with the Pella window and extremely happy with Jason's service!!
