It was a delight to work with Platinum on renovating our home. Our outdated bathrooms deterred my husband and me, but they ignited a passion in Justin to make the bathrooms the best parts of the house we wish we could spend all day in. He understood our vision completely. He never pushed any ideas on us but would provide realistic pricing options if he thought we were going a little over our heads. He has a VERY good eye for making small spaces appear wider and taller, and his aesthetic is modern and elegant. He has access to great vendors that offered products we couldn't have dreamed of affording, and he patiently guided us through selecting materials and rebalancing our budget. Justin regularly visited our home to oversee the progress and talk with us directly. He had a really good system of communicating with his staff so that if they ever found something concerning, Justin would communicate it to us immediately, discuss options, and intervene right away. Justin and his team always accommodated our schedule, and we felt safe with them in the house. Even our dog and cat enjoyed their company. They made it painless to watch the bathrooms demolish to the bones and were quick to put it all together. His team was quick, quiet, clean, and very respectful. They always ensured they protected our hallway, adjacent rooms, and furniture before starting a project. They never left our house in disarray or without a quick vacuuming surrounding their workspace. They were very knowledgeable and even helped us with a few unforeseen plumbing issues. We really appreciated working with Justin and his team. Justin was a true advocate for us in this entire process. He is such an amicable, funny, and patient guy, and it was always a joy to chat and hear his passion for his work. A huge plus is his crew is just as friendly and pleasant to have in the house. Never once was there an issue with any of the team and in the end we have nicer bathrooms than we could have imagined.
