In the span of four months, Jenny and Pete helped us sell one condo, rent another and purchase a third- all while we adapted to COVID19. Even with everything going on, all three transactions were seamless. Pete and Jenny related to us like friends, treated us like family and guided us with understanding, professionalism, and expert knowledge. They were there for us personally and professionally for whatever we needed, which was a lot, as we navigated the stress and emotional uncertainty of buying and selling during the pandemic. They handled everything in a timely and friendly manner, and always had our goals, desires and comfort level in mind. We were so lucky to have them and we would recommend them to anyone looking for a true partnership, and a buying/selling process that feels easy throughout all steps. They are the experts and they are so much fun to work with. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and would recommend them to everyone I know.

Jenny Lim-Spiggos and Pete Mangione were the realtors for our recent purchase in Glenview, IL. When we first met them, their warmth and friendliness were immediately apparent as they helped us begin our search. When we realized how quickly a house can go from listed to sold, they started getting frantic phone calls late a night asking if we could visit a house. Not only would they immediately respond, but they would have a showing scheduled for the next day. When we did find a house we liked, they had an army of contractors out to assess the various things that came up in the inspection report. They fought hard for us on potential houses, making sure we got a fair price and appropriate credits from the seller. It may have started as a business relationship, but my wife I and consider them our friends now! We are excited to have them over at our new house once we finish moving in! THANKS GUYS!
