We used them for a spot engagement at our hotel in Northbrook while bringing my elderly mother (87) for a family event from Atlanta. The caregivers were very prompt, kind and professional. It was the perfect experience and allowed my mother to attend.

He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and provides the best in-home care for seniors throughout the Chicago metro area, including the North Shore Suburbs. Homewatch Care Givers is truly a five star company! The caregivers are kind, courteous, knowledgable, flexible, and caring. We are so pleased the way they interact with the client, his family, and friends as well. The office support system is well managed and very well coordinated with everything the caregiver does and needs. Stacy is exceptional when it comes to detail and follow-thru. I never had to call her twice on the same question. Betty is quick and up to the minute on any necessary scheduling changes. Everyone in the office is on the same page. I wanted to be sure you know how much I recognize and appreciate the superior level of care Mom received from Homewatch. I have worked with a couple of organization that provide elder care; it appears to me that often they make comforting promises on glossy brochures, but when push comes to shove the caregivers do not have the experience, confidence, or talent to get done what needs to be done. My experience with Homewatch was different. Elisha and Alicia were professional, knowledgeable, and committed to warmly and effectively getting Mom to do what she needed to do to get better. I give credit directly them for her steady recuperation. i found that through Homewatch excellent elder care was not just limited to a promising description in a brochure, but was actually delivered in practice.
