        Called to make an appointment to reset login and password after my account got transferred. Had to do this because it could not be done over the phone. The person I spoke w was unable to make an appointment with me for this. I gave hiim my phone and asked him to leave a voice mail message. Wont be surprised if I have to call back. Does this sound like they are organized and concerned about customer service?

        Do not use them. They hold your money transfer from a reputable institution for over a week so they can collect the interest which adds up to millions of dolllars per year for them. Stick with other banks.
