WHAT AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. MS. LAURA, you are Truly EXTRAORDINARY! Customer service experience was the best Ive ever had in a jewelry store. I didnt have the best experience with a rude online customer service rep when trying to cancel a purchase and I came to the store feeling a bit unappreciated as a customer. Then, I met Ms. Laura who was very empathetic and very kind and I left Kay Jewelers a very happy customer. Such is a testament of how incredible Ms. Laura is and she never sold me anything, her remarkable customer service sold me the items I purchased. Her patience, kindness and attentiveness to us in a store FULL of other potential paying customers, truly made for a great experience. Thank you, Ms. Laura, Im sure to see you again soon!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have had such a poor experience with my last purchase. I ordered online for pick up. Was unfortunately called to another state on an assignment and unable to pick up my purchase. I called and asked if Kays could authorize another person to pick it up for me. They we unable to allow that. I was given a customer service number to call to ask them if they could authorize another pick up person. I was told that I would have to cancel my order and then I could send the person to the store to buy the item. And that they would not be able to send me another coupon so I could pay the same price. When asked if they could hold my item for longer until I could come back they stated they could only hold it till may 12th but not any longer than that. So I asked if they could mail my item to my house. The employee said they could but I would have to fill out paperwork. I never received the paperwork in email or a coupon code incase I had to reorder. So I drove back to the state I ordered it in after having to rearrange my entire schedule only to be told it was mailed and I never received a confirmation number. Aside from this two officers were called and were following us in the store all the way out to the parking lot. I have never been this disrespected as a paying customer and I have never seen such disorganization in a business.

Ive been coming to this location for years and every time the store manager Ms Laura always gives us such great customer service. I lost a corner diamond once but had it sent to get fixed. She showed me how to properly take care of my wedding ring and since then I havent lost a diamond since. Trust me she knows what shes talking about. If you have any questions shes your girl! Definitely going back for an upgrade.
