Sorry, calling to make an appointment and call is answered on first ring with a hello nothing else not the name of the business not the name of whoever is answering, very unprofessional called agin, same. Sloppy years ago they did work for me and it was awesome, not sure what is going on but I will go somewhere else.

This company does not know how to communicate with the customer. Very disappointed, after 2 days I am calling another service.

Prompt, polite, professional, organized company but be prepared to pay an arm and a leg.I was just charged $345 to change a cartridge for a bath faucet that costs $21 at the supply store.20 minutes of work = $300 in labor. Better off finding another company to avoid going bankrupt with this one.

Work was done well, come to find out i paid less today compared to what I paid 8 years ago when prestige did the job. Will never call them again.
