The manager will forward the calls to his personal cell phone and leave his shift and just hang up rather than have the calls go to the store. How do I know this- I drove to the location and let them know I ordered food and tried calling but someone keeps hanging up on me. The kid said he just walked in and that this is something the manager does often. He apologized and my entire order had been canceled since there is no driver available. The website will say its open but good luck getting someone to answer! It's unfortunate, I really loved this place before new hires ruined it

We love their veggie pizza! Best in town. Definitely a hidden gem in Naperville and would highly recommend. Great customer service.

This place has gone down hill FAST! The app says the store is open but all the lights are off and the door is locked. When they are open half the time there is no delivery person available, if I order a pizza to be delivered, that usually means I'm in no shape to be driving to pick up a pizza. It's a shame too because their pizza was generally pretty good.
