I've used Midwest Coach Limousine twice now and they've been consistently professional and reliable. Juan, our driver this time, was friendly, courteous and professional. I'll definitely continue to use their services for future travel and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Everyone we talked to prior to our wedding day was great, but we had such a bad experience with our driver. There are a few things he did that I could mention but the worst was when our CC flagged the payment for fraud (we had the texts to show this) he found my husbands father after the ceremony and it was paid on the spot. But that wasnt enough for the driver. He continued to wait outside of our venue. And directly after our ceremony, while we were taking golden hour photos, comes up to us and tells us our payment declined. At this point it was already paid for. But my husband showed him the texts that our bank flagged it and all he had to do was approve it. The driver just kept shaking his head saying it was declined, as if we didnt have the means to pay it. Keep in mind this was within 10 minutes of us walking down the aisle after being married and after a payment had already been made. It was so unbelievably unprofessional and left an awful taste in our mouths. Would not recommend.

I used Midwest Limo for my 70th birthday party. Shawn was great! On time, kind and felt safe with his driving. We had the party bus. It was very clean and comfortable. Id recommend them to anyone.

Great service once again. Went to a bar crawl in wrigleyville and our driver got us there on time. The pick up location had to be changed due to street closings. Our driver was awesome and picked us up at new location!!! Life saver.
