Just talked to David & I will now reply. One, we are located in North Aurora & not Batavia, as it says right on the google listing that you did the review? Said we do not apply to whole lawn with granular fertilizer but A liquid application was done for the last application. Contact feature on the website does not work , but it does because his cancel did come through. Says he did not know about the service automatically renewing, yet on all 6 visits he received last year, it states that on each one. He told me he does not look at the invoices to see this, which I do not know why you wouldn't look at the invoice about what is applied each time . We also sent out a renewal letter in December with a better discount than the previous year but he stated we raised him 1 dollar but nothing about the discount which was better than last year. Well, he did look at the renewal because he only saw the $1 dollar increase but not the part at the very top about the service is continuous? Stated we do not offer Aeration but I gave him an actual quote through an email with pricing. Probably should look at that, as I still have the copy of the email that was sent. I have been doing this for over 35 years & I can say this is actually a first for me. He also hung up on me as we were talking. Like I said, this is a first.
