July 2023. Disappointed, found water bottles beside and under the bed, a pair of underpants under the bed, a piece of pretzel on the floor, mirror was not cleaned. And no discount- think I should have gotten a discount. Staff was nice and friendly. **They did then give us a discount, and came in and cleaned the room. There are NO pots/pans, silverware with the kitchen

BEST hotel staff ever. Hotel is close to entertainment, restaurants, shopping. Perfect for family of Aurora University students, location is very close to campus.
Rooms: Very clean.
Nearby activities: Attended the Christkindlmarket 2023 near Fox Valley River.
Food & drinks: Close to several restaurants.

We we very happy with the room. A full refrigerator, stove top, microwave and friendly staff. They haveba chef who cooks a real breakfast. It's not free, but you are getting great service here. We will stop here again.
