      image Monica was extremely rude and unprofessional. My wife was utterly displeased with the outcome. Monica attempted to cover her mistakes by advising my wife to "Just wear a certain style". Her hair was over processed and severely damaged. Natalie and Emma were great regarding refunding the total costs my wife paid.
