        I'm still in shock. This is the first negative review I've ever given but I just got off the phone with the most angry, snippy customer service person I've ever spoken to! I purchased and had installed a garage door from these people five years ago. When it broke this week, I called them for repair. They were going to send someone out at the end of the day today for well over $1000 between the labor and parts. Thanks to Google, I found many other choices and every repair service with 5 star reviews was less expensive to come out and take a look at it. I called them to let them know not to send their person at the end of his day. The receptionist was so rude, arrogant, and angry and said very sarcastically, "Oh well thank you for the short notice." Keep in mind, I am a customer of these people who bought a garage door and opener from them. Really??? Don't use them if you value customer service.

        This company is great, if I could rate them higher than 5 I would. Came within the 2 hr window and installed a new garage opener in less than an hour. I had to call them same day because my garage door opener just quit on us and they were on it. Andy was the installer and he was nice and polite. Left everything spotless. Thank you guys!

        We discovered our garage door needed repair at 1:30pm. At 2pm we called AV and by 3pm we had someone here for repairs. The process took less than an hour and the staff was professional. Would recommend and will use for future repairs.
