Left wires hanging out uncappeddidnt label box appropriately.did complete job in efficient timeinstalled a box twice the size I neededFor the record my name is Bobby Darling.you do have service record with me and those other options were not discussed with me. As for as the labels I got those 3wks after job was finished. If I didnt call, I would have never received them as you guys stated everything was complete..As for as your customer service it sucks I called with issues supposedly after the job was finished and I was told that someone would come out and address those issues and no one has came to this day. As far as labeling is concerned if I flip a switch and its labeled 1st floor bath and the lights in my basement go out to me that would be incorrect labelingas far whomever is responding to this review it cant be the owner because he became absent after our first meeting. Even though he specifically told he would be doing the work. He also told me I didnt have to make a payment until the job was finished however his workers ask me for a payment as soon as they got here before they started work. His workers contradicted things him and I discussed. They also unhooked my sub pump and didnt tell me I found out by my basement partially flooding. Whomever is responding to this is not the person who did or seen the work with their physical eye. Plus the owner knows I dont live in Glendale heights. I am a service disabled veteran whom takes care my Autistic brother, the owner knew that. Its amazing that a person can write as if they actually did or checked on the work of their employees when clearly they have not. If customer service was done properly. This review would not exist. On 3/20/2024 called due ongoing problem with electrical in basement. Spoke to Greg about problem and the earliest someone could come out Monday the following week thought that was odd. Since it was Wednesday but I said ok. However no came Monday or called. As stated previously there customer service and after care for work does not exist. To this day no one has called or come to rectify my electrical issue. I did however call Four Seasons electrical whom came out the same day and resolved my electrical issues. I would never recommend Tully electric to anyone based on their work ethic and lack of customer to certain populations of people. You left me voicemail after the fact that I posted you ignored my service call and had to get someone else. Just like before. Gave you a another shot and you keep showing your true colors. Be careful when doing business with these people
