Dr. B and her staff are amazing. My daughter just completed OIT which was life changing for us. It was a long process but Dr. B's staff (specifically Dave and Ankita) were extremely kind and patient. My daughter was nervous at many points and she found comfort in knowing and having support from the team. In addition, my husband and son completed allergy shots also having a positive experience and kind staff members. I can't thank this group enough.

My kids have been patients of Kaneland for years and we couldnt be happier with the treatment weve received. All of the practitioners are kind and compassionate. I highly recommend Kaneland!

Highly unprofessional, not able to give affirmative answers on when child will be able to tolerate allergens being treated. Constantly cancelling and rescheduling appointments on short notice. Most recently stopped an egg challenge for my daughter early because they ran out of time Dr B and her employees were seen going to lunch right after they ran out of time. Apparently lunch is more important than my daughters health. Dr B and staff act highly offended when asked questions that contradict their treatment plans. Dr B charges $10,000 for OIT. Recently found a doctor that charged $3,000. I do not recommend this place for any parent who is seeking professional medical help for their childs allergies. Bills will pile up. Results will not

Dr. Bajowala, the PAs, and all of her staff are wonderful and caring! My son graduated OIT, and my daughter is undergoing OIT. OIT has been life changing for our family, and we are forever grateful to Dr. Bajowala, Ankita, Dave, Sakeenah, Bonnie, and the rest of the wonderful people who support Dr. Bajowala.

Dr. B is a Godsend. Truly. I have been experiencing several skin issues for years and I finally decided to do something about it and made an appointment with Kaneland. As I entered, I was greeted by friendly staff and a welcoming environment, which is nice when youre not feeling great. When Dr. B met with me, she sat me down and methodically went thru the process for testing and determining best treatment. That made me feel safe and comfortable; not to mention her bedside manner is calm and soothing which definitely helps when youre nervous about getting tests done! The testing was performed by her staff exactly as described and after, Dr. B came back and explained all the results, patiently answered all my many questions, printed my treatment plan and went thru it with me in detail. She even suggested alternatives if I wasnt comfortable with any of the meds. And after it was all said and done, she even followed up to see how I was doing a couple weeks later. How was I doing? So. Much. Better. Some of the skin issues disappeared in the exact time frame she said they would and my more longer-term problems are under control. Not too many people, esp. doctors, have the time and availability these days to really care and go the extra mile for others. Not Dr. B she goes above and beyond and I would recommend her and Kaneland time and time again. Thanks Dr. B! From me and my skin! :)
