I'd rather leave my child in the woods than here. Might as well have since her diaper was always literally the heaviest it has ever been when I picked her up and she was more often than not covered in dust. Children slept in cribs designated for other kids. Chaotic environment. My child showed a remarkable amount more happiness when we put her in another daycare. I'm confident that if DCFS ever came here they would be shut down and it would be deserved. Teachers are nice enough, but I got a feeling that they get less than zero help from administration who doesn't care about a single thing. Teachers can only do so much when they aren't given adequate resources or support. Just don't do it. Donate plasma to cover the difference of another facility if you have to but don't leave your child here.

This daycare does not follow safe sleep guidelines for their infant room. I would not recommend attending this center if you value safe sleep for your infant. I have witnessed my child and other children put to sleep in bouncers and swings and reported to the teachers and directors and continued to disregard DCFS regulations and safe sleep. This response is an inaccurate representation of the scenario. After reported to both the teachers and director sleep in bouncers and swings continued to occur almost every time I came to pick up. Please exercise caution before enrolling your infant here because if they blantantly ignore safe sleep, what else are they ignoring.

My time at this daycare was awful. Children are mistreated by the staff, and reporting issues to management or the staff yields no results. Payroll is chaotic with hours missing, creating an untrustworthy work environment. Commitments are consistently unfulfilled, and management lacks adequate surveillance capabilities. I dont want to communicate with management. I just want to make sure employees and families are aware of this daycare and the management team that are not capable of doing their jobs and should be asked to resigned this includes the MOD who is African American with Curly hair.

I have been at Cadence Academy for 3 years now all teachers and staff members are great and friendly. Ms. Liz is such a wonderful person and such a big help any questions I have she always finds a way to help. I also love Ms. Norma shes very welcoming and super friendly and caring . Never had an issue with any of the staff, they care for the children and treat them like there own
