Working with contractors can always seem a bit daunting and rarely have I come across someone I'd want to recommend. However, after 2 ceiling leaks from an ice damn and a mitigation company quote of an astronomical amount, I looked for other options. Project Advisor Group provided extremely fair pricing to repair our ceiling holes [that were cut by the original mitigation company and left for 2 months] and repaired the roof at a FRACTION of the cost the mitigation company gave us. They were professional, fast, and kind. They even mopped the floor [that was covered the whole time] after the paint had dried. I'm so impressed with their work that I have a multitude of projects lined up in the near future for them to complete. If you want a trustworthy and local to the Tri-cities area contractor for any kind of repair or remodel project, these are your people! I've included a picture of both holes and their repairs.
