Sonic Drive-In

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries and a slush. The burger was dripping blood. The french fries didnt look like they had even been in the deep fryer. The girl who took my debit card, ran my card printed the receipt, then walked away around the corner with her phone in hand, and then comes back a minute later. Had to microwave my french fries to even get them warm and reheated my burger so it would be cooked. Worst tasting sandwich I think Ive ever had. The french fries werent much better. They were basically raw. I will not be going back.

A double burger with bacon and cheese was just right for a rainy day in Bloomington. The sandwich was so large I cut it in half in order to have not only lunch but supper. Smiling service at the takeout window and the burger was ready within a few minutes. 15 stars!

Terrible customer service. They will short you on chicken tenders or fries. I got food poisoning once at this location, so I stayed away. I was back not too long ago to just get a nerd slushy. No way they could mess that up. They gave me a cup of ice and barely any flavoring or nerds! I simply said this is not what I ordered. He closed the windows and looked back at his crew, saw them all laughing. He said he would remake that. I said no thanks, please give me a refund. He shut the window again and ignored me. I took off and went down the road to steak and shake. Go down the road to steak and shake off of veterans. Might be a wait, but they have not disappointed me.

So understaffed that even only with 3 cars in the lot, it took over 25 minutes for them to say its gonna take awhile to take your order over the intercom. Bruh
