I went for a yearly physical, filled out my forms and saw my doctor, Kimberli Guelde MD. I explained my medication history and that I had been taking steps for weight loss. She then offered me to try a weight loss medication (which didn't even do anything for me anwyays) saying insurance would cover the one she recommended. Later I find that I had been billed for two visits, a physical and a weight loss consultation. Additionally I found that the demographic information I had provided was replaced with one that were frankly discriminatory and demeaning. After spending months talking with the hospital system, they have decided that they will not change anything because this doctor lied in her notes and claimed that she explained to me that she would charge me twice. When I eventually called her she said she was doing me a favor by doing both at once since I "would have needed another visit for that anyway". Meanwhile the reality is I'm dealing with financial hardship and do not need surprise bills made to fatten out their January margins via deceitful paperwork. I highly recommend to stay far away from this clinic and from Kimberli Guelde especially.

My dad had an acute injury last week from a horrible fall and ended up with a severe wound that was not healing properly. I was becoming very concerned about it and sadly he couldnt get an appointment until after the holiday. I begged him to try and get a second opinion somewhere. He ended up here and Im so glad he did. Im not sure who exactly the medical provider was but please know how grateful we are for you making a call and getting my dad an appointment with the wound specialist today. It means a lot that he was listened to and given the care he needed. Thanks again for all that you did for my dad and all that you do to serve our community!!!

I have been going here for years and will never change doctors unless my AMAZING DOCTOR LORI VERKLER LEAVES ! She listens to me , she takes her time and makes sure Im ok !! Looking for a WONDERFUL Nurse Practitioner ask for Dr . Lori Verkler ..

Was not impressed by their healthcare service I waited forever to be seen by a provider. I had to walk outside the room and grab a nurses attention on me being seen I then was in my room and I hear the nurses out in the open nurses island basically yelling my name for some reason . I dont appreciate my personal information , which first and last name being broadcasted throughout the wing . Nurses need to work on bedside manner and hippa/privacy standards more often. The NP I had seemed nice and a bit cold, she said she literally just got there from another medical location.
