I came home to find water in my basement coming from our sump pump area - not fun. Olympian Plumbing was responsive and courteous over the phone. They were able to have someone come out within a couple of hours. Larry was professional, friendly, and helpful. He explained the cause and solution in an easy to understand manner. Highly recommend!

We had a leaking toilet issue we tried fixing ourselves. We called Olympian late in the evening and planned for a pro to come the next morning. Larry was very professional and came during the scheduled time. He talked me through everything. Cost was $300. He had to chisel out the bracket for the anchors needed for the toilet because the previous owner grouted over them. He was careful to not only fix the issue but not damage any surrounding tile. Great service and would call again in the future.

The owner Larry came out to our condo today to help with a clogged kitchen sink. We had tried all the "at home" remedies, including a 25 ft snake, but nothing had worked for us. After Larry's initial snaking attempts did not solve the issue Larry was able to trouble shoot, bring in different equipment, and unclog the drain. He did not give up after initial attempts were unsuccessful. He was also very professional, friendly, kind, and transparent with the pricing for reach service. We are greatful for Larry's help and would recommend him!

I hired Larry to replace two faucetsone in the kitchen, and one in the laundry room. (I supplied both fixtures.) The kitchen installation is okay, but I found that the basement connection was leaking the next day. I called him, and he came out to fix it. The next day, the faucet was leaking again. He came out again and worked on it. The next day, the faucet still leaked, and the system now had developed a loud water hammer. He said he could install arrestors, since I didnt have any, but there would be a further charge. I reminded him that the system did have arrestorsin the form of long pipes above the basement faucet--which had worked well in the past. I also informed him that I wouldnt be hiring him to do anything more. He came out to fix things again, and it seemed okay at the time. I told him, though, that if this didnt resolve the problems, I would ask for a refund of the installation price. I asked him if that sounded fair to him. He chuckled and said that it did. The next day, the faucet connection still leaked. The hammer was better, but still there. I asked for a refund by email, but he did not respond. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and he didnt respond to them, either. I have no confidence in his ability to do a competent job or to stand by his worry free guarantee. Do not hire.
