I've ordered two pairs of glasses: one for reading, second one for distance, one pair lens was scratch, second one lenses was falling out from frame, sales person was trying to bend frame 3 times but lenses was still falling out, she tried to tell me that I pushing frame to hard when I'm putting them on my nose. Two pair of glasses both of them .... first time and last time at America's worst Contact & Eyeglasses

Angie 5* Jimaima 5* Montana 5* Christina 5* Lost a screw on each one of my glasses. Upon walking in, I spoke with Angie and Jimaima. Showed them both pair of glasses. One pair was thought to be broken at first, but then Jimaima took a second observation and pointed out that it is just a screw. Angie fixed the sunglasses and Montana tried her hand at the other pair. After the genuine attempt to fix them, she stated that Christina would help with fixing them (og that i dealt with at first purchse). Christina made the tedious repair thank God. Satisfied with the service, all 4 ladies had a pleasant attitude, professional, and patient. Appreciate their service 4/10/24 *Lost my glasses came in to reorder this morning. Montana greeted me this morning. What a kind lady, America's best, you guys did right hiring her.
