You know when you read a review and the reviewer mentions somebody's name and the person you end up meeting is not that person and the service is garbage compared the review you read? Well, not here. David is Done Right. And David and his dad, yep, David and Dad are the ones who come to your house. I work in real estate. I know a ton of HVAC people. There simply is nobody like this outfit. Nobody. Now, they can't handle everything but they are honest about that when you call. But if you are lucky enough to be in their service area, and have an HVAC issue they can handle, you will wish you had more HVAC issues! Isn't that crazy? But their service is that good, their pricing is that good and their knowledge is beyond anything you are going to Google. While I have used them several times and many clients have as well, today was simply beyond comprehension. Heat was out in the morning, and despite a packed day they squeezed me in. Then the furnace needed a new motherboard and only one place in the entire region had it in stock and these guys drove an hour each way to get it and then install it. And they didn't even charge an additional convenience fee. And, yeah, one more 'and'...they accept Bitcoin!  They should have a reality show. Best HVAC service techs in the Chicago area!

I had called them the previous day and told them I suspected my thermostat was bad.I had gave them my reasoning and they agreed. I was able to give them the model # of the thermostat so that they could bring a proper replacement.Upon arrival an inspection was made and they agreed it was toast.After replacing the bad part my a/c was running again.I asked them to check my a/c unit condition. They reported a couple of parts were becoming borderline.I should mention the unit is 12 years old.I was told it was not necessary to replace the parts just yet.This shows their honesty that they didn't push to sell me parts.I had used this company before and I was impressed by their skill and honesty .Also, I should mention their prices are very reasonable.
