        Will you get a good deal? Yes. Will you waste your gas and time driving over only to find the item that you paid for is MIA? Also yes. The first time it happened I let it go. The second time it happened, I kindly try to explain that this is the second time this has happened. Debbie responded in a very rude tone in front of my young children well then you shouldnt shop here anymore! we are too unorganized! I will take her advice, not due to the SEVERE lack of organization, but due to the lack of customer service.

        Call for business hours before you go! Made mistake of trusting posted hours online. Drove all the way from Crystal Lake to check it out on a recommendation only to find sign on the door... CLOSED TODAY. Won't make that mistake twice.
