Salon Dorothy (H-Mart Mall)

I came in with a walk-in appointment for two. After talking to the lady, I waited for the initial person in my party to finish and in the middle of this a person walked in asking a different attendant for a haircut who had clearly specified that he was a walk-in as well. When the initial person in my party finished and I was called over to sit down there was a lot of confusion between the workers and they immediately told me that I would have to wait for the person who had walked in after me to get haircut, even though I had been sitting there waiting the entire time. Left without getting a haircut but their organization and communication could use a lot of work

I used to go to a different place to get my haircuts but it wasn't what I wanted exactly so I decided to check out Salon Dorothy. During my first visit, Helen laughed at how terribly cut my hair was and gave me a much fresher haircut. Ever since, this has become my go to place for both cuts and perms.
