Sport Clips Haircuts of Niles

We have been a customer for years. My son went for a haircut and came home with his scalp rubbed raw from the woman using the clippers too rough. We had to ice his head and use tylenol. The worst part is the manager was far from empathetic or owning up. She asked if the haircut was OK. Then asked me to send her pics. I did and she never responded. Nothing. Nada. Again, Customer for years. Horrible. If you are a men's haircut place, all your stylists should know how to use clippers with the correct pressure.

I took my 5-year-old for a haircut. They were great with him! We checked in online and when we arrived waited about 10 min. Tara did a great job- we will be back!

I was sitting in the waiting area, a man with a walker that clearly had difficulty moving around, even through the door, asked about getting a haircut. He didn't make an online appointment, probably doesn't know this feature exists, but still, he was answered with that question. When he replied "no I didn't know" he was told it would be hours to wait. He was moving slow, had an obvious handicap, and zero sympathy from the girl working here. He apologized for not knowing about the online service, and another man in the waiting area got up to help him through the door again as he left. Here's the thing that prompted me to leave a review. The girl told the man the helped the older man get through the door, "lock the door now" and laughed. The man and I looked at each other and said "that was pretty cruel" and honestly how long does a man's haircut take. Her behavior towards this older man was horrible. For the record, the stylist that made the extremely rude comment was not Deena.
