        I made an online appointment, and when I got there, they said I should have called because they don't check the portal. Another time I called and made an appointment, they said I didn't have an appointment. Seems like the woman who picked up the phone didn't schedule me. The hairstylist was rude and made no apologies. She said it wasn't her fault, and refused acknowledgetheir staff made a mistake. She was upset when she didn't get a tip for her rude behavior.
