Beware of this mortgage company! My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, they promised transparency and competitive rates, but it was all a facade. The closing costs they initially quoted were grossly underestimated, leaving me blindsided by additional expenses at the last minute.

Testimony time!! Let me tell you all that the devil works hard but Liz Thompson works harder. Liz is a top tier broker, she goes above and beyond to support her clients, and she even went as far as lending an ear in times of distress - as we all know the homebuying process is never an easy going process. She was overly communicative, and remained positive even when I was not. We went though several offers and landed in a home that never in my wildest dreams I would have fathomed calling my own. 75% of my household is in POD storage right now because of Electra pre-qualifying the buyer of my house, incorrectly. Angelo prequalified my buyer for $260,000. My house contract price was only $231,000. It went to underwriting and guess what happened? It was denied five days AFTER the close date the buyers chose. To make matters worse, Angelo disappeared in the wind when the loan became shaky. My agent and attorney had to bypass him and go straight to the lender to get any kind of answers. Purely unprofessional and clearly he doesn't know how to pre-qualify accurately. He can say whatever he wants, but unless he's going to help cover these monthly POD fees and help save the house we were going to buy from relisting, he's not done enough to rectify his poor determination. I had multiple offers and went with the one he prequalified. Everyone, don't make the same wrong decision as I did.
