        Never have I worked with a company that treats potential customers this way. Mike seemed nice when he came to my home to give me a quote on a bathroom remodel. We got as far as going over the estimate and agreeing on a price. Mike set up a time to come to my home to go over final details before starting, that day came and he never showed up for our meeting. I then proceeded to call\text him and no answer. To this day I still have not heard back. The lack of communication and professionalism is appalling. Beware of this shady business owner!!!!

        It was great doing business with O&M Construction. They were able to get my chimney cap reinstalled just one day after I called them. They have extremely reasonable prices as well. Any time I need roofing work done they will be my first call. 10/10 would recommend

        BRAVO, BRAVO, BRAVO!!! IT WAS TRULY AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE DOING BUSINESS WITH MIKE LOY, OWNER OF O & M CONSTRUCTION/ROOFING & HIS WORKERS. AFTER MULTIPLE ESTIMATES I SELECTED HIS COMPANY DO TO HIS STUPENDOUS SALESMANSHIP, ADDITIONAL ROOFING PERKS, & EXCEPTIONAL PRICING I WAS ABLE TO DO THE HOUSE & GARAGE. I WAS TRULY TREATED LIKE FAMILY. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND HIM. OH, MIKE IF YOU HAPPEN TO READ THIS KINDLY DROP OFF SOME BUSINESS CARDS TO PASS OUT & POST ON BULLETIN BOARDS. ALSO I NEED TWO ADVERTISEMENT SIGNS ONE FOR THE FRONT & ONE FOR THE SIDE DRIVEWAY. I WILL GIVE IT SOME TIME AFTER THIS POST THEN I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH A PHONE CALL.       It was a pleasure doing business with you. You have a beautiful home. One thing we take A lot of pride in iproviding our customers reasonableness estimate. We are a family run business l, we can beat any LICENSE roofer estimate. As long as the apple to apples. We installed a Atlas IR shingles on your home. This is literally the best shingles you could buy. We also did a double line of ice and water shield and also charge you just for one roll. All philosophy at o&m construction is to provide a fair, reasonable estimate. Of course we would never be able to beat unlicensed roofers who have no insurance and no band, It is extremely important that customers do their diligence when they're hiring a roofing contractor. We take tremendous pride in our work and our quality. We are second to none. I thank you for giving us a chance to provide your house with a gorgeous roof that has a long, long long life on it. I'm glad we were able to help you anyway we can. We did not charge you to open up the soffits. The main reason why I did that is because this is your intake for your ventilation for your roof. This is where the air enters your attic and the vents on the roof allow that air to escape which maximizes the life life of your shingles. Any reputable company should have pointed that out to you because without any intake or any air flow that shingles are not breathing properly. I thank you for the fantastic review. I thank you for allowing me to explain everything to you so you had an understanding. I treat all my customers houses as if they are my own. Thank you again and I hope you have a blessed day.
