Our house flooded due to a faulty toilet, but Joe & Gabe came to the rescue & provided an easy one-stop shop experience. They dealt with the food cleanup, demo, and build out. Joe worked with our insurance from start to finish to give them any paperwork (invoices, etc), pictures, updates, etc that they needed throughout the process & took a load of that red tape off my back, making this unfortunate situation a million times more bearable. We didn't need to relocate, and all the work was done with high quality & in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

Update July 10, 2019: After I sent Joe a copy of his work order, Joe Carlson finally acknowledged the work he had performed in my home and reached out to me last week to address my concerns about his previous work. We emailed multiple times with him stating he "would like to come by and fix ur hose bib if its still not right". I agreed and we compared calendars and made an appointment for him to come out to my home today Wednesday, July 10, 2019. Guess what, I stayed home all day and true to form, no call - no show. You know what to expect if you hire him. Fair warning to all. Poor workmanship, high prices, never returned as promised to finish the job. Update: So you are not sure what this is regarding? I guess you also forgot our phone conversation (along with the job) after your work failed. I am attaching a copy of your invoice dated June 2, 2016 to stir your memory. I paid you $525.00 and the work failed a few months later. Updated Response: Invoice sent as per your request. Don't you remember checking my shower control and telling me it needed to be set in wall to a different depth? You don't remember telling me after you drained the water from my system that my main water shutoff was defective and leaking and you knew the folks at the Village Hall and would discuss it with them? You don't remember my followup call telling you one of the two outside water spigots was already leaking? You don't remember that your helper didn't caulk the area surrounding the spigots properly and I had to complete the job myself. You took advantage of a senior citizen with high prices, faulty spigot, and poor workmanship.

I called regarding a plumbing problem as well as additional work I wanted done.  I left a message and did not hear back.  I called again and left a message asking if they were interested, and if not, to please let me know so I could find someone else.  I received a call and the gentleman set up an appointment but failed to show and did not contact me and offer to reschedule.  There won't be a third call.
