        My husband and I were moving, and our lease agreement required us to have the carpet cleaned before turning in our keys. We went with K & T Chem-Dry because of their positive reviews and close proximity to our complex. We went with their basic cleaning package - the carpet had no stains and we didn't want anything fancy since we were leaving - which was very reasonably priced. They called ahead as promised and arrived on-time. The two gentlemen were in and out in under an hour, and they did a fantastic job! The carpet was thoroughly cleaned without any excess water left behind that could damage the wood. If you're in the area, I highly recommend them! Service: General carpet cleaning

        I have been a customer of K&Ts for over 10 years now so it is about time that I write a review. Our carpets are very old and after our team left it looks like they breathed new life into them. We have an area where we often eat dinner while watching TV which was an absolute mess. Somehow, they worked their magic and all stains are now removed. One of the things that I find absolutely wonderful about the company is the employees. From the person who initially takes the call, books the appointment and follows up with a reminder, to the team who actually does the work. I have had the same individual who cleans the carpet coming back to my house for YEARS now. There is comfort in that for me, and a sense of accountability knowing that he will be back next time for the next visit. Likely, they will be following up we me soon as they always do to make sure I was satisfied with the work performed. Great job and great customer servicethank you!
