EXCELLENT customer service! Maria went above and beyond to see me today and assist me with the car loan process. She was friendly, professional and extremely thorough. I would recommend this credit union to everyone! I not only opened an account with them, but will be inquiring about their current CD special in the upcoming week. I have been a member of NCFCU for many, many, years and I feel that I need to write a review! They are wonderful! They have helped my family over the years through thick and thin, and have always done it respectfully and with patience! Today was a perfect example! Maria , who was in the New Lenox branch, was absolutely amazing! She spent so much time with me to explain things and answer all my questions! I am terrible with technology, so I had a lot of questions regarding my account and the app on my phone. She patiently answered all my questions and took the time to walk me through setting up the app! It took quite a bit of time in order for me to understand everything, but she is so patient and kind, that she walked me through everything and she smiled and supported me through every step! She is a wonderful manager, but more importantly, she is a wonderful person. NCFCU is fortunate to have her on their team! Thank you again Maria!
