        11/09/2023 Thursday As always Nicole and her staff are amazing! I love to shop at the Naperville location and Bolingbrook coz store always so nice and clean and easy to shop. Especially Naperville Nicole is always friendly and she does an amazing job. Thanks Naperville staff

        The clothes aren't what they used to be. I rarely find anything I like anymore, and from reviews on their clothing, others agree with this too. Quality is on the decline. The loss of interest has been for the past 2 years. Anything I do happen to like is sold out and must be waitlisted. The online checkout process is not smooth. The in-store check out process became problematic when the reward system changed. I rarely shop here anymore.
