I had an amazing experience when I came for Aeries morning Pilates and shopping event. Everyone was beyond nice. Managers and employees were very knowledgeable on their inventory and were attentive to customers. Highly recommend this Aerie location. I cant wait to go back.

Staff wasnt friendly. Not one said a word until we were waiting to check out. 2 of them walked past us at the checkout before someone came to help. Was walking out past 2 staff members and neither said bye because they were too busy chatting. There were 5 staff members in there. It blew my mind. I was super excited to have a store in Naperville but I will just keep buying online.

The employees could not care less about customers. No greetings, no thank yous. The employees will look at you and then turn around and talk to each other. Waited for a dressing room and Emily made eye contact with me and then continued to talk to her little friend. While waiting you can hear them joking around on their radios. Wouldve given them 1 star, but they have a lot of stock and the store is nicely organized. Maybe a training class on how to be a useful and nice employee would be helpful for the whole staff. I left the store and placed my order online, wont be coming back.
