    I called to get an estimate for 3 windows. I was told they don't do 3 windows. I was told to find another company. So I did. I'm now getting 8 windows done. Guess they make enough that they do not need my business. Sidenote...we have 52 windows in our home that we will be replacing. We definitely will not be using this company.

    When scheduling an estimate to have our roof redone, the lady on the phone was very thorough and explained it would be a 90 minute ordeal. She explained we would be making decisions on shingles and scheduling a date. Good start but it all went down hill when the employee (Mark) showed up. He showed up in what seemed like a personal vehicle (unmarked with no equipment). What started things off poorly was when One of the first things he said was lets take a look around and see if we can EVEN help you. We walked around our property. He didnt take down any notes or measurements. He KEPT asking what our budget was and gave an estimate of $15,000-50,000! (Btw, we had two other estimates where they took measurements, and quoted us $9,000-12,000). He must have asked 3-5 times how old our shingles were and when the house was built. He never showed any samples or brochures. Never asked when we would be interested in scheduling. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes. When we asked about color of shingles, he told us we could get whatever and he would email us the information. No email ever came. Either he wasnt prepared to do a true estimate and/or he had no interest working with us from the start. Never have I felt so judged and not to mention what a waste of his time and mine.

    BUYER BEWARE....Currently working on a window project with them. We liked the product and the reps weren't pushy. Over the last couple days, things have turned. We need to add grids to our windows due to our HOA, no problem we anticipated extra costs with this upgrade. When they sent the amendment for the contract it was vague and included an extra window according to what we received. I asked for clarification and a breakdown. The response was "we don't provide breakdowns according to our company policy." The second amendment, had 5 windows, including a window that doesnt need them. Finally, on the third, they got the descriptions correct. However, the price was the same for 7, 5, and 6 windows. Since they don't "provide breakdowns" it's hard to believe my contract isn't being padded back from discounts provided. We accepted the ammendment so our project isn't delayed any further. Let's hope the install goes well. Honesty and transparency goes a long way. Still find it odd they are not willing to disclose the breakdown of charges. Update 1... had a conversation with an employee and worked through some the issues. We finally have our windows moved to production. Will update once installation occurs. Update 2- install cancelled due to not having product. Update 3- we now have to renew our financing because this company couldn't fulfill their products in time. Their contracts only protect them and not the consumer. We are now on week 20 since our HOA approved upgrades and we lost a week prior to that due to their incompetent office staff not knowing how to provide a correct ammendment. Do yourself a favor and use anyone but this company. They were great until they had a signed contract. After that, they don't care about their customers and provide nothing but excuses and scripted responses. Installation day update... They were late outside of their arrival window. The sales reps (both that we spoke with) mentioned they would drape and cover their work area. The only thing they did was drop a dropcloth on our stairs and in front of the windows. The dropcloths did nothing. I would have purchased cheap plastic dropcloths and covered stuff if they wouldnt have told me the installers would. We were also told they would remove/replace one window at a time if it was cold out. That also did not happen. There was no rep at the installation until a field inspector arrived 3 hours later. He had them clean up a bit. He has been the only helpful person during this whole process. He took ACOUNTABILTY! He even picked up broken glass outside that the installers left to track in. No other person has taken this level of accountability. We also were told it would be a 1 day install. They did not finish the job and I have to take another day off work to be home. If your sales advisor informs you that someone will be there throughout the installation, don't believe them. It all comes down to more contractors with broken promises. When you ask to speak to a manager you get sent to the same condescending person. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Services: Window installation, Custom windows
