The Harmonic Egg is "self care 101" for me. Harmony at Harmonic Egg of Naperville offers me excellent coaching, guidance, and encouragement prior to the Egg experience. She has been integral to my spiritual and mental growth for 18 months. Sound and light healing in the Egg provides clarity, relaxation, and well needed down time from my daily life. I love to unplug and focus on the internal spiritual needs my mind needs. I suggest giving this a try because you will love how you feel after your session.

The Harmonic Egg is a wellness service that includes a custom, 50 min sound and light bath. The service happens while you're seated in a comfortable lounge chair - inside a spacious, acoustically-optimized 3-D "pod" and the end goal is to promote deep rest. The soundtrack played during your session could include nature sounds, musical instrumental or vocal mantras. The light setting for your session will be 1-2 differnet colors of the rainbow. Before you begin your session - you'll speak with a practitioner and determine the intention for your session. Examples of intentions may include: Reducing stress & anxiety, relieving physical pain, releasing a frustrating experience, solving for a problem, achieving a goal, increasing mental clarity, etc. I've personally been a regular customer of The Harmonic Egg in Naperville for more than a year. Many years ago while practicing and studying the benefits of yoga, meditation and various modalities of energy healing- I learned that "when the brain and body are in a state of rest - that's when healing occurs." With that deeper understanding of the power & benefits of rest - I enjoy being a regular customer. Ive experienced tangible results from my sessions at The Harmonic Egg - including the feeling of physical rejuvenation, deep mental & emotional clarity and more gratitude for more things all around. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Let me begin by saying that I am an over 50, busy all the time, father of two 13 year old boys who carries the weight of the world on my shoulders, just like everyone else these days. So when I was introduced to the Harmonic Egg (over a year ago now) I was a little bit apprehensive to say the least and was honestly second guessing I should even be here, but when Harmony sat down with me and introduced herself and began talking to me about what to expect and what I wanted to change or improve in my life, I felt a sense of calmness that I hadn't felt in a long while. When I entered the Harmonic Egg for the first time, and my recliner was lowered back and my feet were raised and the deeply relaxing music began, something magical happened. After staring at the circle of soothing light over my chair for a bit, I closed my eyes, I began to breathe in and out deeply and slowly my stress started to soften and I started to feel very relaxed. Soon, some incredibly vivid images started to appear in my mind, almost like a movie playing in my head. I saw a round room, with doors all around and in the center of the room stood a floor to ceiling circular jellyfish tank with magenta and purple jellyfish swimming in violet and blue light, I saw glowing trees, I saw a star filled sky filled with flashes and swirls of color, I saw images of people of different races and ages that I did not know but who seemed oddly familiar moving beneath me and waving at me as I flew over them and I flew through forests, deserts, oceans and also through space to distant planets. I know this sounds very odd, and I can assure you the only thing I had to drink that day was fresh water! During my last session this past weekend I had another extremely vivid vision, I was on a old wooden pirate ship which just happened to be flying through space! (Yea, I know.) I remember walking out on the open deck of this ship, fully ably to breathe mind you, and I overheard a little child asking her grandmother " Gramma, what is the word reality mean?" The grandmother, who looked very wise and happy knelt down to her and looked her in the eyes, smiled and said, "My child, what we see, are only shadows, what we hear, are only echoes of the real truth." Shortly after this thought I drifted off to sleep for a bit until the session was over. This is why I love the Harmonic Egg, if you open yourself to it, something beautiful and magical happens when you are in there. Not every session yields these vivid thoughts and visions for me, some sessions I just feel so relaxed that I just fall asleep as the music sweeps over me. Sometimes I leave with an inspiring thought and new creative ideas. But I always leave feeling peaceful and calm. Setting the correct intention helps a lot as I have found out. Some have said that the inspiration and the blueprints to create the Harmonic Egg came from the stars or even deeper than that, and I truly believe that may indeed be the truth. If you open your mind to it, something beautiful happens when you are in the Harmonic Egg. For me at the very least, I leave each session feeling happy, inspired and hopeful. And at the end of the day, that in itself is worth it. ~Peace.

I love my time in the Harmonic Egg and I really love my time with Harmony! I have been going to the egg for holistic healing and spiritual wellness for a year now and will continue as one of my important pieces to my self-care routine. Meeting with Harmony before entering the egg helps me come into my mind/body connection and gather my intentions on what I will be meditating on while in the egg. I slowly breathe in the egg and then I am off on a journey within with beautiful sound healing and light therapy surrounding me. Truth is, I sometimes fall asleep, but not the entire time. I definitely feel a sense of peace and a calming allowing myself to BE for that time period, letting go of all the Doing in my world.
