The team here does a fantastic job with all animals. The front desk is so kind and polite. Their doctors have always done a great job. I can trust this office on their advise & treatment. They are timely and truly passionate about what they do.

Awesome service and very caring and kind staff. Took my golden retriever for an emergency today to pull out a stick that was stuck in my puppys mouth. The doctor took less than a minute to take it out and no charge at allWHAT??!! I was willing to pay $$$. Thats called amazing customer service and kindness. I love their service and staff. Warning!!! Never go to Springbrook Animal Care on Rt. 59. Theyre the worst and rip off.

Something changed since the last time I have come here in Sept 2023. My dog was experiencing lethargy, constant thirst, not eating. When I brought my dog it, it was an ok interaction, however, during the assessment of what is going on with my dog, the Doctor, provided no sense of urgency after getting the samples which were necessary in order to determine what is going on with her. They told me that the results would come in Tuesday next week (I was in that Saturday). During those few days, my dog's health deteriorated and I needed to go to an Emergency Vet. When I asked just for the blood results, they would not send it to me, due to the sense of urgency in determining what is going on with my dog, I needed to pay additional money for additional bloodwork. Had they sent it to me, I would not have had to pay the additional money. That said, an hour after I finished up the appointment at the Emergency Veterinary Clinic, I got the email with the bloodwork. So disappointing with their lack of sense of urgency. This also pushed out the opportunity to set an appointment with an Emergency Internal Medicine Veterinarian another week, as opposed to just a few days to get the treatment for my dog as needed.
