The staff was attentive and helpful. The store is set up great for fans of 4 wheel parts. Being in the store made me wish I still had a jeep wrangler!

STAY AWAY Scheduled 2 weeks in advance for an Inspection, an install of LED lights, and a few other parts. Day of my appointment they call 15min before appointment time to make sure I'm still coming in. I thought that was kind of awesome to verify. After leaving my truck here for 7 hours I get a phone call saying their tech had a medical emergency and had to leave. Ok, things happen. But to have my vehicle for 7 hours and not get one thing done is ridiculous. I was also told I would receive a call from a manager. It's been a week and no phone call. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I live and work in Chicago where there aren't many shops that can do the work this one said they could. Great salespeople, absolutely horrible service.

Manager was very disrespectful kept interrupting would not let customer speak. Would not recommend this place
