        I did not receive my full refund from the federal and partial for the state and thats not fair. I never had this happen ever in H&R Block and they act as if this does not exist or has not been happening for some time. Im not going to H&R anymore. Not this location or any of the other ones in this country. Im done

        This location has Very Poor skill set. They will direct us to all loopholes to get more refund. Which doesnt make any sense and dont trust their recommendations.. Please stay far from this branch
