Morton's The Steakhouse

Came here for a 10 year anniversary. I chose them because they were close to home, and offered a A5 Japanese waygu at the time. We were seated immediately, and had a picture take of us, then handed personalized menus for the occasion. Service was great, food was Amazing. The sides come in very large servings, and are definitely able to be split. We were pleased with everything we ordered

Worst experience we've had at this location. I wouldn't call us regulars, but we do frequent here often. This meal was subpar for the price. Service was awful. Took our drink order, brought beverages, then just walked away without taking order. When she finally came back, we placed our order. After salad, steaks arrived. I was missing the black truffle butter topper I had ordered. Cut into our steaks and my husband's was overcooked. She offered to have it redone, but he said no, due to then mine and the sides would have been cold when his steak would have been brought back out. Server was MIA most of the time we were there. We were offered a dessert as an apology. (Which we typically get free desserts).. for an almost $70 steak, it should be done right, this time was not worth it.

Lauded steak house missed its mark for me. Service was poor. Seated right away with reservations with drink menu. Server went thru spiel with hard sell. Drinks and appetizers pushed several times. Server disappeared. Hard to ask manager to send over. Had to request menu. Salads not consistent in garnish. Dressing in chopped not evenly coated, dry on top, soaked on bottom. Table bread delicious, refill not offered. Server not educated in type of beef. Temp in meat not as requested. Dessert ok. IMO not worth the $$$

This was our second time at this location I the oats 3 weeks. I do have to say service is horrible, walking out made a comment to what seemed like a manger ( please fire him ) my experience sucked. His response have a grate day.
