I cannot say enough about how absolutely WONDERFUL Andy Linss is!!! I fear that this review will not fully do justice for what a ROCK STAR he is!!! My husband received a job opportunity that required him to start right away - leaving the sale of the house and packing up to me. There is NO way I would have been able to do all of this in a short window without Andy's expertice, help, patience and willingness to do WHATEVER was needed! Andy helped to clear the house prior to taking professional pictures. He carried out heavy dressers, beds, cabinets to allow my house to shine on picture day. He then listed my furniture on Marketplace and sold it for me! I tried to give him money for that additional act of kindness but he refused saying, "its all part of the job!" He even dropped off my daughter's lunch at school when I was knee high in packing dishes! Andy did extensive market analysis and because of that, we asked for more money then I thought was even possible. We sold the house the first day it was listed- for full asking price. Even after the house sold, Andy was there and continued to help pack- deliver stuff to Good Will and encouraged me when I was having second thoughts. He was even at our house the day the moving truck came and helped facilitate that! I will forever be grateful that we used Andy for the sale of our Naperville home. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for an honest- hard working- dedicated realtor- he really is the BEST!

Andy Linss was wonderful to work with . He rent my apartment in 2 days . He made everything very easy to navigate and was always available and helpful . I wouldn't work with anyone else !
