Absolutely the best - Trevor comes through time and time again. He knows the market and sets realistic expectations with pricing, timing, and market trends. He has a deep understanding of the market, a deep rolodex of contacts, created a unique and amazing marketing strategy for our home and was relentless in his pursuit of excellence. Additionally, Trevor is very direct and prompt in communication and not afraid to roll up his sleeves and do work that i have never seen a realtor do in order to have a successful transaction. We had a lot of moving parts as we were selling and buying in a tight timeframe and very competitive market in Downtown Naperville and Trevor was incredible and the best realtor we have worked with!

Found our dream home! Trevor is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate profession and especially of the current market. He is professional and easy to work with. Trevor is the best realtor weve worked with. Hes incredibly knowledgeable of the Naperville market, hes as responsive as you could ever ask for and he does not add that typical realtor pressure to raise your price, or we might lose this. He was willing to work hard to help us, including calling a home that we liked that had just gone off the market. He connected us with knowledgeable contractors and basically took everything off our to do list. After walking a beautiful home that just didnt feel right, Trevor said I want you to find a home and a neighborhood that you love. He lived up to his commitment. We are now in our new home (the one that he called that was off the market) thanks to Trevors efforts. We love our new home!
